Only she didn't. The information on her email/server, sent from other people, classified after the fact, was not even damaging... Lest they would have charged her with a crime. The head of the supreme law enforcement of the land, also a Republican, said no crime had been committed... That her actions were simply careless and at most warranted administrative punishment if she were still in the State Department.

And there is no "might" about the Trump story... They have actual records... Trump Hotels & Casinos, Inc. went to Cuba with no permission or license from the government and spent money there. Whether you agree with the embargo or not is of no consequence, his company (with him at the head) broke the law. And as I said, this is but one of many.
