It was this guy called Cztk, he ruined locks for everyone.
I think ISIS is to blame on this one.
Or maybe Harambe (that would be the real reason why he was killed).
Or maybe nobody is to blame and needs to have his dick explode because it's just a game and at anytime one tiny patch could be enough to make a specific class or spec powerful again.
There is no 'one guy' who does Warlocks. Classes are designed largely by committee, with smaller parts of that focused on a 2 or 3 classes each. Given the class knowledge Celestalon has demonstrated in the past regarding Warlocks; I don't think he has the slightest thing to do with them.

Warlocks seems to be doing just fine though.
I don't like the rotations of warlocks now.. It's to clunky.

I can only speak for destruction, as I am focusing on one artifact, and it is absolutely no fun to play.
Numbers do not matter.
Destro in MOP used to be very dynamic, fluid, and plenty of options for improving your own gameplay on single target, cleave, and AOE with executions.
None is present. It is clear they rushed building up the rotation and talents.
And let's not start on mobility...
VERY DISAPPOINTED by the class...
what we need is a total rework of the class mechanic...again...
1. Absurd numbers (mainly Chaos Bolt overtuned but also Incinerate, your filler, hitting like Optimus Prime)
2. MF in ToT. "Yolo 1 billion yards aoe. See ya"
3. KJC
4. More HP than tanks
5. FnB making shard generation completely insane with only 3 targets.
Last but this one's not on the class design but I find very few people talking about it : SoO was THE perfect raid for destro.
Adds everywhere, heavy aoes. This counts a lot. The same spec in any other raid may not be that strong.
That's why, As this specific gameplay in these specific conditions will prolly never be back on, I think it's a mistake to take it as a refereence to compare future destro/warlock designs.
