Would appear so. There's nothing else on his screenshots or to his knowledge to show us an extra variable, but its always possible that we're just missing something dumb.

If the /run script for tracking does not show up you have completed the achievement. In that case run the /script command it will tell you the date it was comleted.

Easy farm for non main blood DK's. Go to Mogu'shan Vaults in Kun-Lai Summit. Kill the 4 big dogs first so they wont stun you and reset. The proceed to pull the 4 big packs of dogs. Stack them up and hit consumption. was getting 80+ at times and can just sit and spam. they will not die easily because 2-4 dogs will get a buff that decreases all dmg taken. Run out of dogs run out and reset

There's some fishy shit going on here. Discord confirmed the guy had equipped the Foul Menagerie glyph just a short while before finding Putricide's Journal. If you look at the VOD from his stream just moments ago a user even questions him about this inquiring about the ghoul that was summoned, asking if it had a unique appearance. The streamer pretended not to understand the question and even began ignoring it after it was reiterated several times by multiple users. Soon after he closes the stream and goes to bed before being bothered to type a guide to what's probably one of the most sought after appearances in the game!
