Come on, there is only one outlier above 1 million (and that's highly critizised). Around 600 000 seems to be widely accepted, and the body counts are even lower.

It is debatable if stalin really meant to kill and that he did not know of the consequences of his policies. However it's accepted that the famine was the result of stalin's policies and you can successfully argue that stalin meant to starve Ukrainians.

Secondly, if NATO wasn't poking Russian's border there wouldn't be a problem
