Mixology? Alchemist 2h flask buff?

So - Is this Mixology buff thingy ( 2h flask buff ) still working in Legion?
Can you get your flasks (by only using 1 ofc) to 2h duration as Alchemist?

How do you get it? Reward from what? How to obtain.
And perhabs a link to the spell?

To get the 2 hour flask from being an alchemist you need to be able to craft the flask in question, To get the pattern for the flasks you need to go through all the quests given to you from Alchemy until you are able to purchase the recipes in Dalaran.

Pretty sure it's been like that since Cata. You haven't needed to "learn" Mixology for a very long time now. The only difference now is that it's no longer shown in the tooltip for some reason. It's still in effect though.
