Yeah, you try convincing the employers that it's better when they have to pay like 3-4 times more in wages for hiring the refugees instead of guest workers. All I can say is: Good luck. It would either be the death of those industries or heavily increased costs for food they produce if they couldn't use cheap labor from guest workers.
Also, welfare? The refugees are receiving money without working. This is not USA where if you don't have a work you are out of luck and become homeless. You get your rent paid for, you get your food paid for, you get your electricity paid for and you get some pocket money for entertainment too. They have enough money to live a comfortable life without working.
