I just got this in a mythic+ cache.

it gives stam crit mastery and on use increase my healing and magic damage by 5% for 12s (3min cd)

does the on use effect even work for hunters?

And if not why the fuck would I get it.

I'm conflicted. If you delve into wowhead there are comments saying it works for all damage and the actual spell page seems to support this, but simcraft just updated saying it doesn't.

Currently its a very slight downgrade for my current gear. ring 1: 237. Ring 2: 212,1. This ring: 210,8. But if the 5% dmg works on physical damage then it might be better than my second ring.

Doesn't affect physical it seems, but I'm pretty sure it did at some point? Tested it naked with only autoshot damage, no difference between having buff and not.
