Recently I took a break to read The Gods are Bastards (It's an amazing one, by the way. Recommended for anyone interested in fantasy-meet-Wild West scenario. One of better web novels I read.) which left me with a hundred chapters to catch up in ISSTH. Currently at 925, this shit's awesome.

I'm still in the demon immortal sect arc atm (about to enter the third plane likely. I almost shed a tear today in public reading about meng hao's feelings while hearing about the paragon's sons' "past"

Flip Flappers 02 - I'm getting slight Penguindrum vibes, especially with the whole secret organization. I expected this episode to not be as good as the first but I'm still pretty interested, this show could end up being really good.

Flip Flappers 2 - I love this show. It's a mixture of Rolling Girls and Space Dandy with a bit of Gatchaman Crowds mixed in. And the ED is the best of the season. I really hope it stays like this, and keeps the surreal aspects.

I was almost certain it was the same person as well before checking and finding out it wasn't. Hearing them each now of course they're different, but the similarities were too much.

Soushin Shoujo - What the fuck. It's so bad yet still good. The animation at certain parts is on point, parts of the OST is great, and the characters are fun, but the story is a complete wreck.

Brave Witches - Aww ye, after so long the Witches are back. Not the same cast as before, but good enough. I loved the reference to the 501st. Wonder if they might make some cameos.

Stella no Mahou - This is the definition of moeblob the show. It's adorable though, and I love the simplistic ED.

To Be Hero - Is this the spiritual successor to Luluco? I can't not watch this. It's like a mixture between Luluco, Twintails, and OPM.

Trickster - Interesting show. Kind of reminds me of K. Parts of the animation are great, and the OST is nice. Just wish white hair wasn't a whiny bitch.

Oh and Noro is best.

Udon no Kuni - This show is adorable. Heavy Barakamon vibes as well.

Also, it was funny hearing KanaHana and Lelouch so randomly. Two of the most recognizable voices in anime just instantly out of nowhere side characters.

Yuri!! On Ice - This one took me by complete surprise, even after hearing that it was good. Easily the best opening episode of the season if you don't count Hibike.

Fune wo Amu - Another great show. It's nice getting serious shows that have a fully adult cast.

Oh it's by the same girl that did Shouwa Genroku. No wonder I saw similarities.

Yeah she's doing the character designs (it's not written by her though) cause well, the original a novel didn't have any illustrations . I think she's also doing the manga adaptation from said novel.
It also has an award winning live action movie, could check it out but it will spoil the anime. Just search from The Great Passage on cat if you're interested.
