I know it has been discussed. But I've killed other demon enemies, other DANGER WQ satyrs that did not drop skulls. And so far all humanoid skulls have been guaranteed drops for me.

I'm 99% sure that people who claims that they didn't get the skull just completed these quests in party/raid.

Next Danger quests should be out in next 8 hours, will post pics if I get the skin.

I want to agree with you on that, but at the same time since getting the tome I have not done a single danger WQ with a party.

Literally what I'm talking about right now. But I've had a danger WQ to kill the other satyr and he didnt give a skull so Im wondering what the inconsistency is.

So weird - I killed him, and didn't get a skull. I checked my map to see if the quest was still there and I could have sworn it wasn't ... but I wound up killing him again immediately after, and only then did I get rep and the reward. And I did get a skull the 2nd time.

I absolutely did tag and kill him the first time. I looted the corpse after. I'm not certain the quest wasn't still on my map after the first kill but I am pretty sure. So I don't know.

If you didn't get Maiv yellin' at you to murder the thing then you wouldnt get credit the first time around.

i got mine while farming the demonology spec hidden appearance, as for the "SKULL OF THE EXECUTED" you need to do the WARDENS world quests with the golden dragon outlined on them which is usually the elite kills, not including instance world quests , those dont count.

do 200 world quests
complete 100 dungeons
all with hidden skin (you can do it with destro or demo hidden skins)

1 objective for 1 color.
Red color = 200 WQ
Blue color = 1000 hk
Green color = 100 dungeons
