Sukitte Ii na yo.: While a bit melodramatic, hasty, and silly, I liked it. There are some decent themes throughout and I enjoyed watching each episode. I would probably settle with a 7.5 but MAL does not do the whole decimal thing so an 8 will suffice.

If anyone else has good shoujo anime let me know, I like them too much.

Ive got a few pops that came with a smaller pop for example i have unmasked Ant-man with a mini Ant-man and Squirrel Girl with Tippytoes her pet Squirrel.

Should of been easy enough for Ein with the Ed pop.

Same feelings on Kimi ni Todoke and Ao Haru Ride. I haven't bothered checking out s2 of Kimi ni Todoke since apparently it's a long-winded "will they or won't they" debacle. Chihayafuru is up there on my to-watch. All in due time.

You're right about s2 of Kimi ni Todoke definitely. The payoff wasn't worth the torture imo.

I haven't watched the bolded ones yet. Been meaning to watch Ookami Shoujo for a while, but life's been a bit of a whirlwind the past few months. My life further evolved into an anime so I haven't had the need to watch any to get my fix.

irl spoilers gf's older of her two imoutos went in to get her wisdom teeth removed and had an allergic reaction to the sedative and died the day after gf and I broke up. Tried to keep in touch as I also lost a sister and wanted to be supportive. She kinda lost her shit and went a little crazy and turned into a really hateful and unwell person (she was pretty much the sweetest and considerate person I've ever met). I tried reaching out and I tried sitting back and neither worked; it was a torrent of verbal abuse that I eventually just had to withdraw from after a month or so.

There is another girl that I met (one of the many attractive weeb girls from my work) that I hit it off with. We're both super busy and don't get to spend a lot of time together. We do have feelings for each other, but after discussing it, decided that we weren't going to jump into anything as we're both coming off of bizarre, dramatic break-ups.

tl;dr life is really unfair to good people

I went and read your reviews of Clannad and Clannad: After Story after I was done watching it, so most of what you said in your post wasn't anything new to me. It also doesn't really affect how I feel about the ending/s.

Gunslinger Girl has been on my list for a long time now. I want to watch it at some point at least, but I think I'm actually going to focus on catching up on some manga for the time being.

Oh, well then I'm flattered. I'm glad you didn't have as negative a reaction as I did - my appreciation for the series was certainly dulled by some of the things I mentioned.

And I try not to throw GSG at people simply because it will be underwhelming when they do watch it. Just the nature of over-recommending anything.
