Wouldn't so much call it a pedo problem but attitudes towards expressing your sexuality aren't as conservative as they were back in the day. I also don't see how she's "dressing up as younger"? She naturally just looks very young, she can't help that no matter what she wears.

It is not a "problem", especially of the "pedo" variety since "pedo" refers specifically to prepubescence. A legal-aged "teenager" (18 is an adult, but also a teenager) dressing "sexy", regardless of how old she actually looks is fine. Why? Because she's 18.

But the way she gets styled as jailbait does not sit right with me. Girls under the legal age should be in touch with their sexuality, but more worried about about school/life than getting laid or looking sexy. Parents should do their jobs and talk to their kids about those things.

I really don't think there is any - not at that age. Maybe she wore them under pants, but I don't see her in any suggestive clothing at 15 -17.

I watch some of those shows here and there, none of them dressed slutty on nickelodean at least. They were all 18-20 by the time they left to do other things (those that did other things, I think Cosgrove fell into a Sarlac Pit.)
