he cop in this case didn't have to fear for her live, she wasn't alone and just because some guy was struggling doesn't mean a cop should just shoot somebody for being a little bit of trouble. After the unhinged culprit start hitting the cops, it would have been excusable to shoot him

Before he start hitting them, he did nothing warranting execution.

I know it's hard to fathom, but cops does not have prescience : the only way the victim could have shot the culprit was if she had shooted him before grappling him....

The issue Joe is that the officer stated she didn't want to use her weapon because she was afraid of the backlash, specifically the SJW/BLM/cop-hate backlash that comes from a White officer lawfully shooting a Black criminal.

The issue is that a cop failed to do her duty putting her life, and her partners life, in extreme danger.

The luck of her escaping with only a disfigured scalp is no justification for failing to follow her training.
