Flip Flappers 03 - I don't trust this show at all. I'm going to go ahead and assume it's the next Madoka. There's just something very, very wrong with all the things going on in it. The odd subversions and genuine perversion that is constantly being slipped in just makes me wonder what the show's true intent will be.

For all that Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku is directly trying to be a Madoka knock off, this show does the job with an infinitely higher level of skill. I may have to bump this up to my AotS.

Man, this fucking episode was top notch.
The Mad Max, JoJo's, Fist of the North Star, Kill la Kill references and whatever else I might have missed were nothing short of absolutely amazing. The fight choreography and animation were great once again and I love the sense of self-awareness it has.
This is definitely my AOTS so far. I'm really interested to see where this is going to go.

This show really is out-Triggering Trigger with references and action. I loved the bit with the Fist of the North Star reference, where it turns out the entire race of creatures just happens to look like that and they're not actually dressed up as a gang. That was hilariously ingenious.

Also I agree with full marks on this episode. It felt like it lasted about 5 minutes, because I was just so damn entertained every step of the way.
