I started with Ele and now I'm resto because Ele is pure dogshit and Blizzard clearly isn't going to change that.

I switched to Enhance.
I hate how not competative i am without the fire elemental cooldown available.
Also lavaburst hits like a wet noodle which feels meh to me.

Mythic level 8? Doable with any spec or class BUT ele is very viable in mythic + instances, in decent levels too.

I started playing Shaman in gernal at end BC.
From begining of Wotlk to the end of Ulduar i was Enhancment and with ICC raiding i switcht to ELe ( just wanted to try a Caster)

And since ICC i mained my Ele ( where i switch to heal very often cause our Guilde needs sometoimes a healer more xd)

Very rarely i run around as Enhancement, just to try it out a bit, but i am an ELEMENTAL Shaman!!!!

Affliction is literally top tier in M+ dungeons. its got aoe like DH and fire mages right now lol.

It must be so hard having competitive ST and Aoe specs with tons of utility and defensives /s

My shaman is an alt (main spec alchemy), but I was advised by my guildmates that friends don't let friends level as ele. So, I leveled enhance. Got the other two artifacts for the exp (in case of ele) and because I refuse to wait for a dps dungeon queue (resto - alchemy needed a lot of dungeons.
