Anyone else unable to find the Rank 2 recipe for Potion of Prolonged Power? I got Rank 1 from a drop in mythic Halls of Valor; the profession tab says that rank 2 is purchased from Thalyssra with Revered reputation, but I don't see it on her vendor list even with Exalted.

Do not want to waste mats on r1 pots, with no chance of R3 proc.

Enchanting window says that she sells rank3 recipes for some ring enchants too, but I cannot see them even though I'm exalted.
Possibly bugged.

If you're exalted you can't see patterns on the vendor, if you're revered you can. Saw some posts on the bug report forums about it.

the version of the suramar vendor when you're exalted is bugged and doesnt have ANY recipies.

If someone can give the location it appears on the vendor, You can use a macro to buy it and see if it does buy it for you and not the item its replacing for you

Worked for me with exalted. Consider deleting cache if you can't see the recipe still, it should be on the second page I think.

Yesterday the vender didn't have the recipe for me either but it showed up after i took her buff(I' exalted as well)
