Since it hasn't been hotfixed yet I'm convinced Blizzard is allowing players to use the recolors of the Fury/Arms weapons as a consolation since Fury's is retarded to unlock and Arms is nowhere close to being discovered.

hi, i don't think it is a glitch check the armory of this guy.
The icon on the weapon has change, probably the dev forgot to change the icon, and to trigger the quest i think it's like the Unholy DK, small chance when you use the Warbreaker ability.

This is from the ptr when the quest was momentarily available. Any from level 98 to 110 could get it. There's no indication as to what the trigger was. Originally Posted by Dald

It shows because the hidden colors are unlocked across all artifact appearances atm, not just prot. So if you got them with prot you can just use them at the appearance tab for other artifacts, you DON'T need to use the glitch anymore. Not sure if this is Blizzard's fix because of the glitch and they don't know how to fix it yet or it was intended, either way enjoy while you can.

I think i may discovered something that could be a trigger for our hidden artefact quest. After unlocking the 27th rank of my weapon, the 'Unbreakable Steel' trait appeared. I think that after unlocking it (by purchasing all other traits) it might trigger the quest, as then Helgar may ask us about the unbreakable steal and how powerful it become
