Is there an alternative to Paypal?

Hi Forum,

I had a Paypal account that just went into a negative balance and I can't win the dispute. Super long story short, I sold something for about 500$ 25 days ago, today the buyer put in a dispute his Paypal was hacked and they INSTANTLY refunded him causing my Paypal to go -500$. I called into their disputes department, but because I can't provide a tracking number and I never gave the customer an invoice, they ruled in his favor and that's the end of that.

I'm done with Paypal and now I'm looking to use something else. Is there anything out there that can take Paypal as payment, or not. Doesn't matter too much but a large amount of my customers use Paypal and would definitely make life more convenient for them.

Also, please refrain.

*I know Paypal has a collection department, my brother who is a financial lawyer informed me that they can't physically do anything but stop you from using your PayPal account and their collection department doesn't impact anything.
*Maybe you shouldn't sell things without an invoice or tracking number yadda yadda yadda. This is a part of my income and it's a part of my livelihood.

PayPal has become so prevalent when it comes to (normal) online purchases that even IF there is some alternative, chances are that people won't be willing to use it unless you offer them something outstanding. It's just very convenient and safe for the buyer.
If you don't want to give up doing shady stuff, you'll probably have to live with the risk.

I had a problem with paypal where it wouldn't let me send money from my paypal balance to someone in the US. I had purchased Blizzcon tickets for people in my guild back in april when the rates were 1.27CAD for 1USD and had everyone pay me back. I left the balance in my paypal and now that Blizzcon is almost here I figured I would send money to my raid leader and have him give me cash in USD. It wouldn't let me send him money from my paypal balance so I had to buy US dollars at almost 1.40CAD. It's pretty much a wash as I did cash in my paypal balance at a higher rate as well.
