it makes sense. Goku Black is mortal while Zamasu is immortal. they fused when Goku Black was SSJ , something that Elder Kai advised to go against. plus, it is a fusion between two same people with different bodies.

I think you've been interpreting that fuse only once thing out of context... the elder kai said that they can fuse only once because he didn't realize they could split up, it was a permanent thing in his mind... so they couldn't fuse again as they were already fused... Basically Vegetto can't fuse again with someone else. Unless future development happens and contradicts this ofc...

Mostly accurate, I reckon. I'd move Black further up to be between Goku/Vegeta and Beerus/Champa though. Hit too, really, if we're going on the forms shown. Goku needs SSB and his Kaioken to compete effectively. And Vegeta is the weakest, overall.

Yamcha might be a touch too low, too.

Yes, Yamcha should be closer to Omni king, but we dont know how strong the priest is.
