Freedom to break the law. Immigration laws exist for a reason. The desire for citizens to break the law for a virtue signal is just silly. Let immigrants come via legal and proper immigration channels.

Immigration laws exist in order to consolidate power within the federal government. They are completely unnecessary, since the action of crossing a border causes zero harm. It's because of that, that the act of restricting the victimless actions becomes harmful.

Let immigrants come. If they do not provide for themselves, let them starve.

Because those people can, and occasionally do still get raided and arrested. For breaking Federal Law. Just because the state said it's ok, doesn't mean in Federal Law it is yet. Same as with illegal immigration, except no state has passed saying they can stay. It's illegal in any way you look at it.

Absolutely they will. Remember these cities generate more revenue than a whole red state. Red states don't generate any income at all. They get hand outs. Federal programmes are federal programmes. But New York city does not need federal funding. Neither does Chicago.
