Is there any dedicated community for farming these worldbosses?

At 110, Sha, Galleon, and Nalak are easycake for most classes. (Sha's a little rougher due to the charm mechanic, but still very doable.)

Rukhmar groups can probably be found in your Premade Group Finder.

You should be able to solo most of MoPs content with relative ease.

And for Rukhmar;
- Press "I" on your keyboard
- Select "Premade groups"
- Select "Old raids" (Or something along these lines)
- Check whether there are any groups for it already
- If not make one on your own
- Profit.

I just AFK my alts at most of the spawn locations while playing other games. Takes me about 4-5 hours of play time to get all 12 of my characters all three attempts. I do already have the sha mount so I skip that one. Having a 2nd monitor is very nice.
