According to Riot's ToS, they strongly state that accounts with permanent suspension will under no circumstances have their ban appealed.
After an in depth investigation of your account by our team of specialists- a resolution has been reached. the suspension has been lifted.
which implies that they don't have a single fucking clue about what happened, or I just got randomly tagged by their "anti hack" system for alt tabbing out of the game while dead or something.
they also refuse to let me know exactly what got me banned.
ohh well, at least I got it back ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
