Bloodthirst and meatcleaver worth it? Aoe struggle

Hey guys as the title says i have some problems with my aoe damage. I have a few questions i hope you can help me with.

So is meat cleaverand bloodthirst worth it or should this only be used with Rampage?
I tend do keep normal rotation BS RB and i replace FS with WW when im at 4 or less targets. I noticed if i do this i dont crit anymore enough to get enraged with BT lowering my damage. So what i mean is i get more damage if i do single target rotation but i only use WW when RAMPAGE available. Is this correct?

When there is more than 4 targets do i just sometimes wonder if i have to ww ww bt ? Ww ww bt or is this wrong?? Is it still worth using rampage?

use bloodthirst when u dont have enrage then back to spamming chopper mode
