    MoP=Legion>WoTLK>TBC>Vanilla>Cata>WoD.

    MoP has been pretty great in terms of the content it brought, and the raids were pretty awesome. Had lots of fun with CMs too, as well as the small patches that brought in new content.

    So far, Legion is doing great as well. I'm having tons of fun with its content. TBC and Vanilla make it to the middle of the list because, once the novelty wears off, you realize the asinine requirements they impose on you to actually play the freaking game. I'm sorry, but I don't like to guild swap in order to raid the latest content in TBC. In Vanilla, it was even worse. Many of today's players wouldn't even stand the grind for raiding mats, let alone the requirements to be in a decent guild to see the raiding content.

    WotLK>Legion>BC>Cata

    (I left a little over halfway through Cata and didn't play through MoP and WoD, so I have no opinion on those two)

    Mop or Wotlk.
    Both had an incredible art direction.

    I remember Mop and like Mop just like I remember at games considered the best like Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask or Rpgs from the Mana series.

    Pretty much Legion for now; the RNG-heavy aspect is what irks me about it

    TBC is a close second, but gets beaten out by being dated (and i mean mechanics-wise)

    WoD and Pandaria share the 3rd spot. They allowed me a more passive play-style while keeping up a raiding schedule, while commiting to sorting my life out (finishing college, while keeping a social life and later on 1st employment)

    With WotLK and Cata being last.

    MoP is my all time favourite as it had the best balance of solo, small group and raid content.

    Is this question gonna pop up every week now or what?

    Gameplay wise it's Wrath but aesthetic wise it's MoP.

    How can someone believe Wotlk is the best expansion and put MoP right next to it?

    Are you out of your mind?

    How can someone not grasp the concept of different opinions?

    And I completely agree with his ranking.

    I'm gonna go with Mists but with how Legion is looking so far it could very well take the lead. But that'll wait till Legion is actually about done with since it could go crappy all of a sudden. :P

    Rated on personal fun, plus zone design, lore and questwriting quality I would put them in this order:

    Vanilla > Legion > BC > Wrath > Cata > WoD > MoP

    MoP and/or WotLK, Legion is good so far.

    Woah people have realy mixed feeling about MoP
    for me based on enjoyment
    Wotlk>MoP>Legion>tbc>WoD>cata>vanilla

    Vanilla is so low because I only started playing WoW at the end of vanilla and only reached lvl 30 before TBC came out. Not saying it's bad.

    I love how people in this thread are like vanilla and tbc on the bottom.... like they ever played.

    Its a fact that only 1/100 posters on mmo-c actually played during vanilla and 5/100 played TBC, so drop your garbage posts and state the truth.

    Vanilla by far was the best iteration of the game, nothing gonna bring it back.

    TBC was a magical expansion taken from vanilla and evolved the game.

    Wotlk was alright if you exclude Naxx being the 1st repeated content raid, autoqueue etc Id say it was the most balanced.

    Cata showed some potential at the very start but turned to be bellow average.

    Mop was alright almost as balanced as Wotlk although its theme was not very wowish (not the pandaren they existed in warcraft before wow, the chinese stuff).

    Wod was a nightmare from start till the end.

    Legion has been ok so far trying to copy wotlk but failing on points.

    My rankings would be:

    Wotlk>TBC>Legion=MOP>Cata>Wod (vanilla is not an expansion)

    Vanilla = TBC >>> MoP = WotLK >>> Cata = Legion > WoD
