Sure, if it can be shown that the intent is to cause death.

Which is pretty easy to do with an unprovoked and deliberate strike to the throat.

At the very least you will be charged with aggravated assault

Hehe snowflakes melting left and right.

A wise man once said "elections have consequences".

These wimps chose to act like sniveling butt-hurt children with their safe spaces and their play-doh therapy.

Now they can suffer being labeled as the limp kiddies they are.

    Hate crime, pfff.

The guy who was dragged from his car and beat for being White suffered a hate crime.
The girl who got her hair pulled out and eye socket bruised for being White suffered a hate crime.
The boy who got his leg crushed for being White suffered a hate crime.
The boy who got pushed down stairs for being White suffered a hate crime.

These kids are just being trolled because they asked for it.

Just saying, if you're going to get serious about what was obvious satire, at least be accurate. "Murder" requires intent and/or premeditation.

I am sure the professors mourn for their lost battle against internet and media.

And it can be argued that punching someone in the throat is indicative of intent to cause serious harm and/or death...especially when paired with a statement about eradicating the victims.

Meh, poorly played semantics. Also, my "eradication" comment was more about making them grow the fuck up, not killing them.

I'd really fucking hate for these people to experience a real hate crime or a traumatic event if an election not going the way they wanted is going to upset them so badly.
Me thinks Chromie has a whole lot of splaining to do!

How to tell if somebody learned World Geography in school or from SNL:
"GIBSON: What insight into Russian actions, particularly in the last couple of weeks, does the proximity of the state give you?
PALIN: They're our next door neighbors and you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska, from an island in Alaska."
SNL: Can't be Diomede Islands, say her backyard instead.

Explain that to a jury of your peers. The prosecution has you on making and following through with a threat.
