10-14 ak = 5 ak for alt
15-19 ak = 10 ak for alt
20-24 ak = 15 ak for alt (not confirmed)
25 ak = 20 ak for alt (not confirmed)

it consume all research notes in your bag and bank so u cant save notes and gain instant levels after you puracase the item.

doesnt matter, it just used to prevent ppl for stacking them up instantly getting to ak 15 and using 5 at once to reach ak 20 or so.

I was thinking aobut this. If i saved up the artifacts now, bought 1-15 in 7.1.5 and then used mine. i would have been at like 25+ So i guess this is how they fixed it. Unless this is another thing and not the catch up to 15. Confused again.

Besides the time (higher ak faster), this will also be cool for alts because of reducing the number of order resources you need.

My main has tons of order resources. My alts are starved for order resources.

This can't come in fast enough, and it needs to be paired with heirloom increases.
