How were the seasons 1 and 2 rosters decided?

Nomination by the other users, basically, as we went on.

We started Day #00 with rating Kalec, and then up to Day #20 I think they all were random until people started to get more involved and nominated characters.

Basically, as the game kept running, whoever got 5 nominations secured a position on the roster.

I will link a random topic for you here to kind of go through how the process went:

You can notice that in this topic, we were only on Day #46 and yet had nominations up to Day #87. You can also notice that we didn't nominate for Days #10, 20, 30, ... etc to 100 because I wanted those to be special days with major lore figures.

Once we secured the #99 nomination, we started taking names for S2, and by the time we were done with S1, we had an initial roster of around 45 names I think ready for S2 (they are in the opening post in random order.)

Yep. That's the plan, with a month break after Day #150.

Nope. That's up to people's nominations as well; we will have 10 chances to re-tier characters, so 10 characters.

It's actually quite fun, and I get a lot of help from @Roudene @Enthralled @Zulkhan @Arrashi for the most part.

Also, I was absent for Alexstrasza's day, and @Snowraven ran it.
