It's an extremely nuanced and complicated subject, and unsurprisingly it's not one that comes off well in a 5 minute video. The line between not being attracted to someone because of your native preferences and which preferences are learned is something that little is known about, and many people are opposed to the idea of. The video postulates that genital, race and body type preference are largely the latter whereas gender is largely the former. I personally disagree that there is even a line, as sexual preferences change throughout all of life.

All in all, I don't think there is really anything to be offended about, I disagree with her opinions but I understand what she's ultimately trying to say.

Having preferences IS discriminatory. We all discriminate every single day, it's not a bad thing. We discriminate when we decide what to wear, what to eat, and who to date. The only real issue with discrimination, was when the government did it.
