You have to keep in mind that the set is shared between all 3 monk specs. It isn't purely designed for ww and ww only. That should be one of the reason of why.

You have a blue post that confirms this?

No. Hence the current lack of communication issues between the WW community and Blizzard (see posts on mmo-champ & PTR forums.)

Good News: The set has less haste and more mastery now with the item stat changes in the latest ptr build.

Yes that's really awesome, at least they did that for starters. Let us hope for more positive changes also fixing Serenity to work as it does now on the live server.

The 4pc is still really crappy compared to other classes, it is less than 5% mastery, wich translates to 3% extra damage if you have around 40% mastery

The 4pc sets was almost always 3-4 % upgrade for every class...
Stop crying ... It's bad not because low number, its bad because it add third same working mechaning that dont change anything.

Just waiting for new legendary that work same as combo strikes ....

With legendaries picking the set pueces becomes much harder especially when geting crapy stats from some pieces speaking as a mistweaver.

It doesn't have to be world first progression. It should be a concern if you are in any progression guild period. There are way more progression guilds than world first guilds. What you said is correct, but for a regular not hyper-competitive progression guild, windwalker is in a weird place.

It doesn't stand up to similar specs. Yet it's top-tier for mythic+. Currently (and for the foreseeable future) one of the best ways to gear up for raids is running lots of Mythic+. It's also enjoyable to play, and not maddeningly RNG-dependent.

This mish-mash of fun, good for this but bad for many progression raid fights is very disheartening. Even setting aside your personal rankings, (i.e. for the guild I am in I am pretty much always top 5 dps no matter what I play) it's frustrating to know that no matter how well you play windwalker, you could be bringing more to your raid as something else. That consideration isn't limited to world-first guilds.
