We don't know if he even had them in the first place. He never released his tax records, so things like this cannot be confirmed.

People tend to forget that the original pipeline was moved away from non native towns for the same reason the natives want it moved. No one stood here telling white people that they had to have a pipeline near them and their ecosystems.

Tell that to the Kalamazoo river and other similar places in recent years where pipelines burst.

It's a good thing nothing bad ever happens to oil pipelines and that nothing ever goes wrong!
If it was built to spec, but BP decided to save a few hundred thousand and cheap out on the project.

IF ONLY THERE WERE CLEANER ENERGY ALTERNATIVES.
Oh well, I guess we tried everything.
I can only imagine what this country would be like if Regan did not scrap the Carter Solar and green energy policy/projects. Imagine If over the last 36 years the US was heavily invested and researching Green/renewable energies. We would be the world leaders in this industry and could have seen faster growth than in Clinton's era and strong manufacturing sector making solar/wind/etc. for us and the rest of the world. But hey, it's all about the limited oil instead and lining their pockets instead of caring for the citizens.
