Is Demon Hunter a fun class to play?

Is DH a fun class to play? I mostly play Holy priest and I am looking for a fun dps spec to play, tried mage but find the rotation a bit weird and shadow priest is really fun but I want to stick to Holy on my priest.
So thats why I am here and since I don't have alot of time to be playing WoW (I am a filthy casual) a hero class was a good choice and since DH looks awesome...
Also considering monk and paladin since I have those already on lv 100

You'll mostly get people saying yes on the DH forum. No one can really tell you if you'll enjoy it other than yourself.

it will all boil down to the fact if you will love or hate using fel rush as part of your rotation cause its mandatory in like every build, I tried to like it for 3 lvls and gave up, kept feeling weird to use my movement for dmg ( imagine having to roll as a monk non stop on a fight ) I did however liked the rest ( visuals, theme, aoe dmg ) but sadly fel rush is part of every rotation.

Others here will say its the best thing since sliced bread and makes the class super high skill and amazing, but ultimately it will boil down to either loving it or hating it.
Also right now the best talent on the 2nd row is a spell that replaces your builder button with just auto attacking and like many Youtubers said during Beta it is super boring and a talent that should have never existed.

You basically just auto attack and it has a 75% chance to deal shadow dmg and give you a chunk of resource, you have to do nothing except fel rushing in between and not capping your resource but for the rest you stand and autoattack.

Probably less cumbersome at high ilvl 110 with lots of crit but even then I don't see autoattacking for building my resource as ''fun'' , imagine playing a rogue and instead of using mutilate you stand there autoattacking and getting like 1 combo point every 2 seconds.

I didnt enjoy it, using fel rush and vengance retreat as a part of core rotation really was a turn off for me. Its like diablo 3, barbarian spamming furious charge.

For me it was. Just adding some movement to the mix was enough to make the combat feel engaging and dynamic, even though it didn't really change much of anything. I'm a long time Fury War/anything Rogue player though, so having free movement abilities instead of targeted movement was pretty damn refreshing.

That wasn't enough to keep me subbed though. It's amateur hour at Blizz HQ, and this game is suffering because of it.

You are the one looking confused. WoW is all about spaming keys, DH is no different.

On top of that DH rotation is middle of the pack in APMs. So yeah, we really don't know what you are talking about.

It depends. Demon Hunter is, by far, the most mobile class in combat there is, mostly because many builds require you to use Fel Rush to zip around, back and forth, especially if you pick the Momentum talent. You can find a build that doesn't require you to use Fel Rush all the time, but those builds usually lag behind Fel Rush builds.

Never said that's all you did, nice logical fallacy. Pressing a button multiple times in short succession or many times more than other buttons over the course of a fight constitutes spamming.

Someone asked if the class was fun, you implied simply pressing an ability (Chaos Strike) constitutes the entire rotation.

I also think you mentioning logical fallacies is quite interesting because of your feeble use of the English language. If you thought someone would interpret your statement about Chaos Strike more than "spamming" that one ability, then you're an idiot. If not, then you're intellectually dishonest. Which one is it?

The most fun class i played. I have mained warlock. Played most of the classes. I love the momentum rotation it feels more alive to jump around your target. Instead of standing still and spam spells.
