Least Legendary dependant DPS spec/class ?

Planing to come back to the game and my goal is to quickly get ready to raid mythic with my guild. Is there any spec/class that is less dependant on Legs. than others ?

    If there is any

Unless you're planning on raiding in a top 10 world guild. It genuinely honestly does not matter.

You'll pick up your first legendary fairly fast because of the system they've put in. So don't worry about that.

All of them, especially after 7.1.5. It matters absolutely so little, and you have literally no control. It's not worth considering, even. Just play the fucking game and get out of your own head. You're already on the path to being a bad player by spending too much time on this. A truly good guild isn't going to turn you away over legendaries. If they did then they aren't a good guild. Actual good guilds know loot isn't actually important because it just comes to you naturally if you're a good player in a good guild.

Get out of your own way and get off the forums. You'll only learn how to be a bad player here. Pick something you enjoy. That's by far the most important thing. You're going to be doing 500+ Mythic+ runs on this character (if you're serious about playing the way you said you intended) so you don't want to hate playing it. That's literally all that matters.

With 7.1.5 Warlock (except for demo), because Warlock legs are already trash (for raiding) and the only 3 good legendaries are all getting nerfed by 50%

TBH there are a couple of classes/specs that depend on legendary, warlocks are a good choice that does not have a single overpowering berrie that is required.

OT: You can do everything you enjoy playing man, but for what you can read around, the class and spec that have a "game changer" legendary are: Unholy DK / Arms Warrior and Fire Mage. Maybe i forgot something but that's what i can remember right now.

And it's worth noting, even Method, one of the top raiding guilds, stated they didn't sit anyone because of legendaries.

Get your facts straight. People in Method and similar level guilds actually rerolled mains to fresh 110 alts of same class to have a better chance at getting BiS legendaries.. and here u say they didnt bench anyone because of it hahaha

Yeah, Sco just made 5 tanks and played his 'alt' warrior as his main for the lolz. Not because it got the best legendaries.

@Shot89 havoc & balance as well at a bare minimum (more important than arms/fire)

They didn't bench anyone for it. Read the AMA, SOME of them chose to play alts who got luckier with legendaries. Not all.

All top tanks run nearly all tanks. And warrior was the strongest choice at the start of EN because his partner tank was a guardian. So Warrior was 2nd best.

It isn't at all though, they took multiple people who didn't have the best legendaries. It was the players choice if they changed. And if they didn't change, they weren't sat for it.

Elemental shaman, with legendaries we are weak but with the best two legendaries we are stronger but still weak.

Windwalker monk, all of our legendaries suck and have wrong stats on them

stop kididng yourself, how naive can you be?

You can't seriously belief that Method did not optimize raid setup as much as they could.

OP asked a fairly simple and reasonable question, the answer seems to be warlock, monk and shaman.

    Need source for this.

Just a brief check of their first kill of Mythic Guarm, only their fire mage and one of the 3 shadow priests did not have at least 1 (if not 2) BiS legendaries. The only one you really have an argument for not sitting is the fire mage, since a shadow priest without any legendaries is still 20% better than the next DPS class.

@a C e: I would say Shadow Priest. It's so ludicrously overtuned at the moment with S2M that you can be 5-10 ilevels below your raid and still crush every single one of them if you were good. Likely will change in 7.1.5.

not subtlety rogue i can tell you that

    maybe shadowpriest?

Hunters are also fine without legendaries.
