Lighting homeless people on fire is nothing new. It takes some kind of brain dead idiot to try to tie it to Islam. A quick google search will show you local news picks it up. It has to be 'radical Islamic terrorism' or whatever the conservative media is calling it today to make national/international news.
Muslims = Scary!
Islam = Scary!
Americans = Scared!
Enough of this stupid crap where you mention Tennisace or other posters just to provoke them into responding for shits and giggles. It stops here.
One needs to put some sort of priority list into place first..
#1. They were 15 - 17 years old kids.
#2. They were subjected to bad examples.
#3. They were refugees
#4. In the country between month and a couple years.
Pretty sure that their actions have had lick to do with terrorism. If anything, it's the bad examples they've picked up in whatever news sources, or first hand, they have available.
Point and fact though is, how homelessness isn't something Germans are very familiar with. There was never a lot around, and it was therefore almost not noticeable.
Lately, over the last decade or so, that changed. And there's a certain hostility to be noticed in the population against homeless people. And, vice versa.
The grand central stations of nearly every larger city are plagued with crimes triggered by homeless, drifters, alcoholics, druggies.
That creates a tension, and young people might pick that up and get the wrong impressions.
I mean, setting a person on fire deliberately, that's atrocious. Punishment will be accordingly.
But making this a fear mongering terrorism example is too quite atrocious.

The way I understand Wells is, that there's a chance how they/some refugees are traumatized from the events they've fled.
Much like soldiers suffering from PTSD.. And all the conveniences given to them now cannot make this go away easily, if at all.
We have violent crimes committed by PTSD stricken people every single day. And those people have homes, have incomes, families what not.
You cannot simply fix mental disorders with materialism.

They are idiotic teenagers.
They've committed an atrocious act.
That's two facts.
Anything else is speculation, wild or not so wild.
In my books you definitely need a certain amount of mental instability if you set fire to another person.
Otherwise I only showcased that people subjected to intense war action can suffer from mental disorders.
And if it happens to adults, it even more so happens to children who have yet to establish mental stability in the first place.
You are a product of your surrounding.

Just waiting for the breaking point. If they keep pushing soon they will be hunted down and butcherdd by vigilantes. Man 2017 looks like a fun year.It was not part of their blood,
It came to them very late,
With long arrears to make good,
When the Saxon began to hate.
They were not easily moved,
They were icy -- willing to wait
Till every count should be proved,
Ere the Saxon began to hate.
Their voices were even and low.
Their eyes were level and straight.
There was neither sign nor show
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not preached to the crowd.
It was not taught by the state.
No man spoke it aloud
When the Saxon began to hate.
It was not suddently bred.
It will not swiftly abate.
Through the chilled years ahead,
When Time shall count from the date
That the Saxon began to hate.
Do you know where they're from? Because we know by now that many, if not most of these 'refugees' are in fact not coming from Syria at all. More to the point, many if not most are not 'fleeing' from anything.
We all know the real issue here, however: Why is it a crime for these guys to Culturally Enrich™ their fellow man?
