Best sub leges come patch?

Hi all so I have 4 leges now satyr a walk, denial of half giants, dread cloak and the cynd belt

I know denial is bis outside of that are boots still second best post nerf for raiding or should I use the belt or cloak instead?

once you get 4p set bonus, boots/cloak are likely toss-up.

The 4p is powerful enough to be a stand-in that smooths the rotation nearly as good as the old boots, via insane CP gen, rather than energy returns.

Solid results won't happen until the patch hits. Either way you're in an extremely good position with legendaries. Feel lucky.
