How was it ruined for everyone else?

I mean, I don't see how Kael'thas losing affected any of the other matches or any of the other characters, if that's what you mean by everyone.

Or did you mean by that, us the players? Because I also don't see how it was ruined for all of us. The worst that happened is that, as @Zulkhan put it, Kael'thas had a pretty bad luck.

By everyone else i was referring to the players not the characters, To play this game rooting for one character from the top 100 just to get to an interesting duel and have him lose because of an 8 vote bonus to the opponent was pretty anti-climatic, wasnt exactly the epic showdown one would have expected

Varok has the potential to win the whole thing based on meme power (I don't consider him only a meme though.)
Nazgrim, the more developed character that is actually pretty relatable is going to be rekt before Vanessa. :V
