Yeah... I see that now, having run it about 5 times now... Still have 5 left.

I do not remember much of Diablo 1 except getting destroyed by the butcher and being unable to get my body back. I think I quit shortly after that and didn't play again until Diablo 2 was already old. My adventure into the anniversary event didn't spark any nostalgia until I literally stumbled onto the Butcher again. "Oh Sh$t! The Butcher!" .... poof and he's dead (maybe should have turned up the difficulty lol). I had forgotten that bosses were just in the game without a cut scene or even a loading screen.

If you pay attention, there's some very small, subtle things, like if you click on a bookshelf, an animation of town portal and item identify scrolls appears, even though those items don't drop. There's more, but it's been about a month since I ran it on PTR, or however long it's been. I'm gonna run this weekend to get the achievs. I'm still debating about doing the season, we'll see how it goes.
