They may try to claim that, but congress has the majorities in both House and Senate. Financing will have to come from them. And that means raising taxes. Trump can say, tweet, whatever, but that will be a tough sell.

Everyone that participates in the economy that you do.

You can't earn money to give to others without others giving it to you first.

Just because someone doesn't do the job you do or the job you want them to do doesn't mean they are not participating in the same economy you do.

They are doing a job for someone that in turn does a job for someone else that in turn does a job for you.

A job doesn't always entail earning money, it can simply entail making someone's life worth living enough to go to work for you so they can share the money you pay them with the one that makes their lives worth living.

I am sorry you think that someone who doesn't work for money is not worth being a part of society, but there are many people who disagree with you, including ones you pay your money to work for you.
