I got pulled over once because I was doing 80 in a 55 (oops). It was Reckless Driving, which apparently can have 12 months jail time. But I plead guilty at traffic court and just got a fine instead. /Shrug.
yes, once, i was send to cidhna mine, thoughest prison on Skyrim
I was put in timeout once, does that count?
Nope, although @Belize could probably say I raped him, considering I was inside him twice
I was also in the back of a police car once when I was 9!
I'm not an Aggie fan! wat?
and this is how my criminal record will start: The murder of Belize for confusing Texas with Texas AM.
(On Topic: I had a bf spend a night in jail because a cop didnt believe him when he said a person at the DMV gave him something and said it was ok to go without updated tags for a week while things got fixed)
My current record is clean, and my entire criminal history consists of two minor traffic tickets, so no, not a single second of jail time.
As for my opinion of prisoners working, I only support violent offenders working. Non-violent offenders shouldn't even be in there.
Nope, but talked with two people over the past year who have been. One was out from a year sentence, he thought it was pretty good, got a lot of help in there. The other one was on his way back to jail after a short time out, ended up hanging himself in his cell.
Experiences vary, I supposed.
I was banned from a Wal-mart for like a week. Me and my friends decided to play Wal-mart Hide N Seek at like 3am that day, needless to say the security did not take kindly to that.
I got taken to goal (Australian version of jail) for allegedly street racing, not stopping for a police officer and resisting arrest. All three of which I was not sentenced for as I was not racing (two motorbikes speeding did not constitute racing). The officer was is a well known bike hater and didn't use his sirens or lights for the "chase" or to pull us over which meant his dashcam wasn't triggered to record. We pleaded to speeding under 10kms over speed limit and got a fine and demerit points and jidge threw the rest out as cop didn't do his job properly and had no evidence of chase or resisting arrest.
Hell the same cop pulled me over a few weeks ago and cliamed he had dashcam footage of me speeding, but couldn't say where or by how much and i would get a fine in the mail. Still waiting for it......
