If he mocks people in general by imitating them, flailing his arms as if he's got some kind of muscle or nervous condition, that's both mocking the person and mocking those with disabilities in general. That's just not immediately obvious. Once he did it to mock that reporter, that made the connection in a lot of people's minds.

Does it matter? Yeah I think it matters. If someone is incapacitated or slightly incapacitated or drugged to the point they would "consent" then yeah it fucking matters.

The only reason that connection was made is because of biased media. That incident happened 2 years ago. Did we hear over and over about Hillary mocking (laughing at her) the teenage girl whose rapist she got off when she was a lawyer? no...

He was not doing it to a disabled person. He has not done it to a person in the past. The people that he has done it to in the past were not disabled.
The fact of the matter is many people don't like him because he tells it like it is. He is not afraid of being politically incorrect and the politically correct crowd just can't stand it. It is part of what won him the election. Geographically, over half of America is sick and tired of PC being shoved down their throats.
