now that its an option in the row (passive leech on meta and nerf to soul rending)

what places this will become useful, we can cheese like hunters/mages?

    does it prevent fall dmg?

Yes, it is a valid option to prevent death or skip mechanics.

Netherwalk is great now as it no longer replaces Blur. It's practically a must have for most scenarios. Having an oh shit button to prevent death or completely avoid dangerous mechanics is awesome.

Soul Rending is still good situationally, though, and great in combination with Memeonic spec (+ Legendary Helm) as Meta uptime is insane with that spec and makes us basically immortal demigods in heavy aoe situations.

Yeah, Blur trait no longer provides 2 FR charges but grants us a movement speed increase. FeelsBadidanMan

Not exactly. While you are immune to damage, you are not immune to effects. For example, you cant soak the vines in Cenarius as you will be rooted the moment you step on them. But it is a good defensive/panic button to have when you are close to dying or you want some extra mobility and you somehow have cd on Fel Rush (for example on Nythendra when you get rot you can stay on boss a bit longer VR>FR>FR into the corner, then Netherwalk the moment Rot goes off and run faster back to boss)

The trait that made blur replenish FR stacks now makes it increase your movement speed by 30% instead
