Is probably the only one I'll watch. The art direction is a little wonky with cartoon like characters mixed in with realistic characters but I think I can get past it, I would like to know why it was done this way, if for marketing or what? The combat scenes were pretty good.

Its because character is very very young. And blue eyes are due to being a mage. You can see in episode 2 how the main character looked before it got recarnited. Its personalty fits the body.

Seeing people actually like Kuzu makes me really happy. I thought it would be the most niche of the season.

I could see a Mari adaption, despite the material.

Punpun is just a wish though. A lifelong one. As good a chance of that getting adapted as us seeing an adaption of Yotsuba&!
