What does it matter how they watch porn and how many do it for entertainment? Even if only 1% would do it just to mind his business, I still would not want him to do that next to me in a public place.
I also wouldn't want him to pee in his pants when he's next to me. Why would I care? No idea, perhaps because it stinks, perhaps because I cannot help feeling disgusted. I just would not want it.

Him peeing his pants would cause a smell and that is when you have the right to say something.

Your feels on the other hand give you no right to tell someone what they can and can't watch on there phone. If he has headphones on and you can't see (without leaning and being noisy) then you got no right to bitch about it being on his phone.

If you lean over and look that is your own fault and maybe you should mind ur own business. Someone waring headphones and watching anything on there phone does not effect you.

It's a little rude because not everyone will be comfortable if they happen to glance at your screen. Sound-wise, you shouldn't be playing anything aloud in public- also rude and interrupts what others may want to do.

Anything public is a shared space essentially. So it's sensible to establish behavior that allows the maximum amount of comfort for all without infringing on the individual too much.

His phone screen isn't a shared space, don't be noisy you won't have a problem. You are entitled to privacy even in public.

if something is private then you don't do it in public. yes it's rude to look at what someone else is watching/reading/etc but it is not an invasion of privacy if you take no steps to ensure your privacy. if somebody urinates in public then they have no right to complain about people who don't turn their back or avert their eyes
