Bug with class hall campaign?

I just hit 110 on my paladin, got the quest for the helm and then nothing ... how or where do I carry on the questline? what should come next?

Have you found both Light's Heart and the Tears of Elune?

no, I haven't done the tears of elune yet, is that a requirement? it wasn't on my other 110's I don't think

For some reason, you need to do a few steps of the Light's Heart questline before the rest of the campaign will show up. I went through this last month. Bang out those Light's Heart quests (swim around in Suramar, etc) and you'll be good to go.

My pally just hit 110 and I didn't have any class hall quests available and only 2 followers until I located the shard in suramar and went to eradar. Once I finished I had available quests in my class hall

Paladins MUST do "A fallen Star" from Khadgar (available at 103)

Maybe then it is a bug that only some have or whatnot, because I was in the same boat like OP, Class Order didn't continue, searched the web and wowhead. After doing "Light's heart" and "Fallen Star" (Which I think is the first part, right?) I could continue.

A misunderstanding honestly. My personal understanding was that, the Light's Heart quest chain (picking it up in Suramar and frollicking in the Exodar) was a seperate questline which did not involve Illidan per se, since that quest chain is granted at 110 instead of 101, and isn't a requirement to complete your Order Hall campaign, unlike the Exodar campaign.
