Having a debate about this as you use to be able to do this. If say you do a clear of raid on Tuesday, then you do a server and faction transfer within the same raid lockout week, would the lock out reset or does it now carry over?

Good question. In theory, it shouldn't reset but what theory is, and what actually happens, not always the same.

The lockout does indeed carry over as you are now locked on a per-boss basis rather than a per-raid basis.
