That's how my Mini Schnauzer is when other dogs are around. He loves people but turns into a total grouch with other dogs sometimes.

The surgeries to repair them look cool as fuck though.

It should be noted, almost all of us will have problems with it by the time we're in our 40s. The only hope is that it doesn't get so bad that you'll need surgery.

I love watching surgeries. I might have to see if there are any rotator cuff surgeries on youtube.

I went to physical therapy for a couple months then continued those exercises after PT was over. I've made good improvement, but still have work to do.
I'm finally able to do shoulder exercises plus a few others with little to no issue. Things aren't perfect, but there has been a big improvement from a few months ago.
