Well, there is succubi porn and all....

But still, who would want to jerk off against azeroth porn? I mean, their dick is only about 1/1111111111111111111110000000000000ths her vagina...

Besides, if you are a champion of azeroth, doing good deeds for her, while having a good dick. She'll accept.

If you just work a normal job, then...nuu...

From discussing about the speech of archimonde in wc3 to the topic about the porn of internet is really disturbing.

Old lore (supported by the RPG, that was canon once) said very clearly thar arcane magic was corrupted and demons fed on it, which is the contrary of today's lore (arcane is order and opposed to fel). There was no World Soul, no Titan called Azeroth, no Void Lords that Sargeras opposed.

Back then, Archimonde saying we stole their fire meant we were misusing the magic they considered theirs to be taken. Nowadays, it doesn't mean anything.
Actually, the Legion is still very much after magic.

Kil'jaeden the Deceiver, supreme commander of the Burning Legion, has a simple agenda: consume all life and magic, assimilate every race into the Legion's ranks, slay any who dare resist, and destroy all of creation.

That reminds me - Archimonde's ultimate goal in WC3 was consuming World Tree (or Well of Eternity, w/e) to gain power rivaling this of Sargeras.

So, Eredar actually consume magic... to get stronger? Was that idea expanded anywhere?

Well, every magic casters in WC-verse can consume magic to get stronger so that isn't something strange :P At least, we've seen Illidan, Medivh, Khadgar and Gul'dan did so (there definitely are more examples, those 4 are just what pop'd in my mind).

Yeah, but I always considered them to be rather unique opportunities than some general rule.

I mean, how anything magical actually survives if any mage can just increase his power by consuming it? There must be some rules regarding it.

Moral is what stopping them. You don't have to be mages to consume power from others too. Obviously, other casters are not just gonna let you consume their power voluntarily except in cases like guardian of tirisfal or Malfurion in Stormrage.

Idk how powerful we are, but.....ok...
    It's a little annoying.
Archimonde, like Kil'jaeden, wields magic capable of wiping the life from worlds (as shown in the Velen short story, where an unnamed Eredar does so). Having us defeat Archimonde in WoD really cheapens the character and what he can do. In fact, the majority of the Legion's presence in WoD has cheapened their effect. Why are we struggling in the Nighthold and against these lesser demons when we've killed Mannoroth the Destructor and Archimonde the Defiler, the latter of which was one of the lords of the Legion only surpassed by Kil'jaeden and Sargeras, and the former was rumored in some in some instances as being the Legion's most powerful commander under Archimonde.

There's probably some requisites regarding how and why someone would consume/absorb magic.
As we've seen, the consumption of magic is obviously not rampant, so there's likely a requisite knowledge or competency required to do so. However, that does not mean that people who are less skilled or are not racially adapted to do so cannot consume magic, and there are examples of this in-game beyond the elven races apparent acclimation to consuming magic (ie: remember the Mage's Mana Gem).

It also needs to be kept in mind that the majority of Mages that we - the Alliance and Horde - deal with have strict regulations regarding the usage of magic based on the teachings of the Kirin Tor.

Another thing is that those who are predisposed to the seeking of more power likely become Warlocks, searching for power from extraterrestrial sources (ie: demons).
Sylvanas didn't even win the popular vote, she was elected by an indirect election of representatives. #NotMyWarchief
