I like how in Trump speak, any kind of relevant or substantive information becomes "details." What people are asking for is just a broad outline of what he intends to do, like how he plans to extend coverage to everyone as he has promised, how he'll keep costs down, and, in the extremely likely event that he can't, whether he plans to increase subsidies and how he plans to pay for it. The actual details, like how much money will be going where and when everything is set to take effect, we can worry about later on, but we want a general idea of the plan so we can start planning and budgeting our own expenses for the next few years.
