I zoomed in, but their faces are quite similar after the update so I am not sure, it does look like Turalyon though.
This is a model that was in the 7.2 patch files, so if it is Turalyon, then maybe we'll get to see him soon!

It looks like Anduin to me. I imagined Turalyon would look a bit more "gnarled".
Meanwhile, back on Azeroth, the overwhelming majority of the orcs languished in internment camps. One Orc had a dream. A dream to reunite the disparate souls trapped under the lock and key of the Alliance. So he raided the internment camps, freeing those orcs that he could, and reached out to a downtrodden tribe of trolls to aid him in rebuilding a Horde where orcs could live free of the humans who defeated them so long ago. That orc's name was... Rend.

On Wowhead it says it's a "Disguised Anduin"

Judging by the clothes this character wears, it's Anduin.

You can see from this pic that it is Anduin. Same design on the strap that goes over the shoulder and tors, also the design on the edges of his cloak/robe.

Anduin is going to sneak in Tomb of Sargeras and try to reason with Kil'Jaden beacuse he's such a pacifist and good guy!
EDIT: on a serious note maybe he'll try to get Alliance and Horde to reconcile for final assault on ToS so he needs disguise to approach Sylvanas or someoneLast edited by Dagoth Ur; 2017-01-20 at 08:29 PM.

Yeah, is what i thought too, and this model looks a bit more like Anduin now that I think about it. But if the king is gone, who is left to lead Stormwind? Is it Genn? Siege of Stormwind inc.

the belt 10000000% gives it away
other then the shoulderpads/hood, the clothing is the exact same, just brown and silver and tan

I'm curious to understand if Blizzard will serve to us some sort of "plot twist", for now Legion plot is fairly predictable.

I wonder why he would be in disguise, any demon is going to kill you even if you wear a hood, maybe hes checking on the horde player or meeting sylvanas for some reason and doesnt want to get jumped.

As many have said already its anduin but why would he be in disguise? cant think of any real reason for it
