I think the only way to beat the alt-right is to out meme them. We need someone with gravitas to call people like Richard Spencer a cuck. Ask for debates and then when he declines meme the fuck out of them.

Physically assaulting Richard Spencer feeds into the alt-right narrative perfectly. I mean, they literally could not ask for better ammunition to convert people that were on the cusp of becoming radical. This is the absolute best thing that could have happened to the alt-right short of Spencer actually being shot. Now they have the truth on their side, which is an incredibly powerful weapon. Any time they spew their bullshit rhetoric, when they get to the part about the violent SJWs, instead of using words they can just link the gif or video of their leader getting attacked.

This is how groups like ISIS form, btw. More moderate voices get pushed out as the radical interpretation is closer to reality. In much the same way that an ISIS recruiter can say, "don't listen to the moderates, just read the Quran" an alt-righter can just say, "the liberals are liars. See how violent they are for yourself!"
