IS bad luck protection implemented in 7.1.5 for hidden artifacts?

Still not got this to drop.

Well the problem is players and developers mean different things when they talk about things like bad luck prot. Players usually want to get their stuff at third kill max, while devs think about adding like 0,1% to drop chance every time a player gets no drop

Just get the disc appearance for the achievement at least, since it's not RNG. Afaik the artifacts will be gone anyway, not sure if we're gonna keep the tmogs for them.

Ion said in some interview that there will definitively be some way to keep the appearances that we worked for

Well, i have also killed Il'gynoth many times and i have never seen the appearance drop, not even for some spriest in the grp. And tbh im not that bothered, but what im bothered about is Blizzard not making some different version, so you could get a staff version, and a dagger+offhand version, it really pisses me off you can't transmog staffs and are forced to run with that stupid dagger, really no daggers look cool in the game lol ..

It looks only like shit with shadowform applied.

The dagger from WoD challenge modes looks neat. Still, you can't compare that tiny dagger with, say, Corrupted Cashbringer (which is one of the coolest weapon skins in the game)...

Using the Twinblade of The Hakkari myself and i like it.
It has a purple glow on its own and best of all, you sling it on your back cause of the size.

I had it, got it first week on Heroic EN
transferred my toon to my new server for Mythic NH last night and I logged on to see i no longer had it.

Raised a ticket and got an automated reply stating they can't give hints about where to find it.

I'm seething atm, going to get home and raise another ticket

The sickle skin will be granted when you complete a "difficult individual test of your class skills" or a phrase like that.
It'll be a difficult individual achievement - like when the people who completed the Warlock green fire quest pre-nerf got a special title.

So, no RNG. That's the skin I'm waiting for.

Good luck killing 1000 players in pvp as priest healer, or doing 200 world quests as priest healer. Or, grinding 100 dungeons with your offsec with no traits put in artifact.

I have to wonder what you do besides raiding if those tasks are apparently so hard to achieve.
Also, at this point you should have at least 13 points in all offspec artifacts due to it takes a single item to even get there.

What do you mean, "should"? I should gimp my mainspec dps weapon to get traits in useless healing artifacts? You're wrong, sorry, nobody should do that.
