Phaoris is a clear 2. He is a pretty bad character, very little is shown about him and he is pretty much hidden away in the Uldum story-line. He is a statue-character.
May the lore be great and the stories interesting. A game without a story, is a game without a soul. Value the lore and it will reward you with fun!
Don't let yourself be satisfied with what you expect and what you seem as obvious. Ask for something good, surprising and better. Your own standards ends up being other peoples standard.

Literally my favourite character. He has it all; style, power, a good sense of humour and he's in the windwalker monk questline for a whopping 10 seconds. I do wish blizzard would elaborate more on Phaoris' troubled youth though, it's clear he has some issues with his mother that he needs to work out.

I'm so proud to see this fucker finally get his day, the most important character in the lore
But yeah 3/10 fuck this guy he bitched about us killing the Neferset because it "stopped him from making peace" even though they WORK FOR THE OLD GODS. But yeah, still kind of funny to see that my troll nomination went this far.
He won 2 points for not being OFFENSIVELY bad like a 2/10 or Me'dan levels of bad like a 1/10.
